Mr. Mazziota founded Microwave Power Devices, Inc. in 1967, which he sold in 1981 to M/A-COM, a leading telecommunications and defense electronics company. In addition, he is president of IDM Consulting which provides consulting services to the high tech M&A field, specializing in the microwave component and sub system industry. Mr. Mazziota is a former member of the Chief Executives Organization (CEO) and a senior member of the IEEE. He served on the Board of Directors of the Metro Chapter of the World President Organization (an YPO Alumni Organization) where he served as Chairman from 1996-1998. He received his BEE and MSEE degrees from New York Polytechnic Institute and is a fellow of the Institute. Mr. Mazziota is currently the Chairman of the Compensation Committee on Amplitech's Board of Directors.
