This model APTC3-04001000-1K00-D4-V is an optimized band LNA which is designed for cryogenic applications down to 4K temperature across the band. The LNA has a good gain flatness and VSWR across the entire band and up to 10 GHz for use in cutting edge applications, such as Quantum Computing, 5G/6G, WiFi 6e. Key features are Noise Temperatures as low as 1K, as low as 0.5V and as low as 5mW typical power consumption.
